6 Great places in phoenix to take your dog

Phoenix is a wonderful place to visit and there are so many places to go! The big question is, where can I take my furry loved one so I don’t have to leave him at home? We have been all over town and listed below are some of the best places that we loved to go with our pups. Phoenix is ranked high as the most pet-friendly city in the United States. So where do you go so your pet will feel welcome?!

This is one of our favorites. It is a fun place to eat with great specials and incredible food. Our furry loved one was welcomed with open arms, a nice bowl of water, and a bag of treats when we arrived. There are several locations with our favorite being at  4900 E Indian School Rd. Phoenix, Arizona 85018. Take your pups to the back patio where you can both enjoy views of the canal, and they even have misters to keep you cool in those hot summer months.

This is one of my all-time favorite restaurants! The food and wine are spectacular. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I would suggest the bruschetta board, it is so full of flavor no matter which ones you choose! I just can’t say enough about it! Most certainly one of the best places to go and you can bring your furbaby too. There are six valley locations with dog-friendly patios covered with umbrellas, couches, and even more pups!

The farm at South Mountain is another great place where you can walk your pup. This is a hidden gem in an unsuspecting place with farm-to-table breakfast, lunch, and dinner! There are heaters outside for the fall so you and your pup can keep warm. We were lucky enough to have the pork belly eggs benedict which was on special at the time. Who knows what wonderful tastes they will have to try next time! They also host classes, events, and a shop that sells home and garden goods. Make sure to stop by with your pup next time you’re in the area!

Snooze is a small charming restaurant in Phoenix that seems to be always busy but for a very good reason. They have the best breakfast around. The pups have a place to hang out with you on the patio and will get served their water dish with a loving welcome. Make sure to try their flight of pancakes or try two different types of eggs benedict at once. Absolutely delicious and eclectic. Fun atmosphere your pup will think so too! Friendly, leashed pups are always welcome here.

There are many of these breweries in Phoenix but the one in Tempe tops them all. At this particular brewery, aside from the fantastic food and beer, there is a great patio to take your pup. Hidden in the midst of the neighborhood it is housed in a building that is seemingly haunted and built back in the late 1800s as a former creamery! The staff is so welcoming and it is a great place to meet friends and show off your furbabies. They are also hosting a Haunted Brewery Tour this October so make sure to check it out!

The Haymaker also has several locations in the valley. This is an American bar and grill that serves great burgers and craft beers. We go to the Goodyear location where there are five dog-friendly tables outside so your pup can join you for a meal and a cold bowl of water. Make sure to check out their customizable mac and cheese bowls – although your pup might be quite jealous so make sure to bring them a few treats!
