Doc Holiday the Persian cat gets shaved down! His mom and dad love having his legs and tail long and fluffy while shaving the rest of his body. I have groomed Doc several times before, and you can see in the video how sweet of a boy he is! He loves to be groomed and always cuddles up to me.
I am using my Heiniger Cordless Clippers and Artero 10 blade to shave him down. I always recommend using a 10 blade on cats as their skin is very thin and using a longer blade is dangerous and you can easily cut them. You will notice that I am pulling and stretching his skin where I am shaving, which is also very helpful to make sure you don’t cut or knick them.
